RUSSET AIR jumped awkwardly outwards losing two lengths and thereafter was slow into stride. GIMME PEACE jumped slowly losing two lengths and thereafter was slow into stride. MONTEGO BAY was fractious in the stalls. FLYER'S BOY, which was fractious in the stalls, jumped slowly losing one length. FERRARI'S MOON was fractious in the stalls. In view of the Starter's reports regarding MONTEGO BAY, FLYER'S BOY and FERRARI'S MOON, Trainer Ramsden, Trainer Kannemeyer and Trainer Reeves will be advised to have their colts re-schooled before their next engagement. In view of the performance from STEALTH ADMIRAL, the Veterinary Surgeon was requested to examine the colt on its return to the unsaddling enclosure and submit a report. MONTEGO BAY and RUSSET AIR raced green. At about the 400m, LARRY JACK was bumped inwards by STEALTH ADMIRAL, which was hanging in and difficult to assist. MACHIAVELLI and SEVENTH SEA were selected for the taking of specimens for analysis. Vet: STEALTH ADMIRAL - examined post race and no obvious abnormalities were detected.
