THE STARTER REPORTED: a) ARIZONA LADY (S Moodley) was slow losing one length. b) COURTNEY LEIGH (*K Matsunyane) and MS FLOWER POWER (P Strydom) were stubborn loading. c) MISS EMBLEM (J Penny) was restless in the stalls. d) OBLIGE (S Khumalo) stumbled leaving the stalls. e) VERINOVA (M van Rensburg) reared in the stalls. THE STIPENDIARY STEWARDS REPORTED: a) FLORENTINE (C Murray) raced green. b) Jockeys M van Rensburg (VERINOVA) and S Khumalo (OBLIGE) reported that they felt something amiss with their respective mounts in running. The Veterinary Surgeon was requested to examine these horses. c) Apprentice J Gates the rider of ROHA accidentally dropped his crop at the 300m. d) SWEET FUTURE (L Hewitson), the winner, was selected for the taking of specimens for analysis. Trainer A Azzie advised (LN). JOCKEY CHANGES: a) GREAT STRATZ was ridden by Apprentice C F Dicken who claimed 1,5kg allowance (declared 31 October 2020 at 08H58).
