THE STARTER REPORTED: a) ANGELICUS (S Veale), DON'T TOUCH ME (C Habib) and DIAMOND MASTER (G Lerena) lost 1 length, respectively. THE STIPENDIARY STEWARDS REPORTED : a) Jockey G Lerena reported that DIAMOND MASTER raced with its tongue over the bit. b) At the 200m, BANZAI PIPELINE (L Hewitson) was carried out by GAZALA GALLOP (M Yeni) after GAZALA GALLOP (M Yeni) and BANZAI PIPELINE (L Hewitson) had come together and brushed. Thereafter, in the concluding stages, GAZALA GALLOP (M Yeni) and BANZAI PIPELINE (L Hewitson) bumped and both became unbalanced, with GAZALA GALLOP (M Yeni) being turned outwards, after BANZAI PIPELINE (L Hewitson) had shifted in away from the crop, and GAZALA GALLOP (M Yeni) had shifted out away from the crop. Thereafter, both horses shifted in to the finish. A race review was called into this incident which was followed by an objection being lodged by Jockey L Hewitson on behalf of the second placed horse (BANZAI PIPELINE) against the winner (GAZALA GALLOP) on the grounds of interference in the concluding stages. After considering the evidence in this matter which included that of Jockey L Hewitson and Jockey M Yeni, the Board concluded that the interference that occurred was as a result of dual movements of the horses involved and therefore the objection was over-ruled, the Judge's result allowed to stand and Jockey L Hewitson's deposit was refunded. c) GAZALA GALLOP (M Yeni), the winner, was selected for the taking of specimens for analysis. Trainer F Robinson advised (ML). JOCKEY / EQUIPMENT CHANGES : a) JUST PERFECT raced equipped with pacifiers (advised 01.11.20/07h39). b) SPACE NEWS was ridden by Apprentice K Strydom (claiming 4kg). Reserve runner (advised 30.10.20/13h58). c) ANGELICUS was ridden by Jockey S Veale as a result of Jockey K de Melo's transport complications. RACE CARD CHANGES / OTHER : a) Nil. THE VETERINARY SURGEON REPORTED : a) RADAMES : Returned post race having cast the right fore shoe. SCRATCHINGS : a) ALFREDO : Bruised right fore foot (Trainer - 01.11.20/07h09).
