MAC DE LAGO (AUS) was slow losing one length and thereafter was slow into stride. Apprentice Mbhele was charged with a contravention (read with Guideline A and Guideline M on the use of the crop) in that he used his crop with excessive frequency to the extent of causing injury whilst riding the horse WOODLAND'S FOREST. Apprentice Mbhele signed an admission of guilt and was suspended from riding in races for a period of 14 days. Suspension dates: 24 June 2018 to 07 July 2018 both days inclusive.
