EPONA was restless in the stalls. Unloaded and reloaded. WITCHCRAFT selected for the taking of specimens for analysis. Trainer Tarry will be questioned regarding the improved performance of WITCHCRAFT the winner, compared to the previous two performances. In view of the performances from GIRL ON THE RUN and BI POT the Veterinary Surgeon was requested to examine these horses. MERYL was hanging out, ducked outwards carrying SUNSHINE SILK outwards at approximately the 150 metre mark. RAYA BAYA (AUS) was hanging out, shifted out brushing ARIZONA SUNSET. This resulted in ARIZONA SUNSET becoming cramped for galloping room and EPONA being contacted on the hindquarters resulting in EPONA being unbalanced at approximately the 150 metre mark. BI POT returned post-race having cast the left fore shoe. In view of the Starter's Report concerning EPONA this filly was suspended for a period of 7 days and until such time as it proves tractable in the starting stalls with a companion. Suspension dates: 23.6.2018 - 29.6.2018. EPONA not be presented for re-passing during this period. Vet: GIRL ON THE RUN and BI POT - nothing obvious detected.
