GRANDE MAESTRO was restless in the stalls. MASTER SILVA was restless in the stalls. Rushed the front gate, removed from the stalls and examined by the Veterinary Surgeon. Reloaded. AUTUMN RAIN selected for the taking of specimens for analysis. The saddle on MASTER SILVA slipped back shortly after the start as a result Jockey Kennedy was unable to fully assist his mount thereafter. MASTER SILVA and FLEXIBLE FUGITIVE (AUS) were both hanging out throughout. In view of the performance of FLEXIBLE FUGITIVE (AUS) the Veterinary Surgeon was requested to examine this gelding. Jockey Yeni the rider of SCORCH reported this colt making an abnormal respiratory noise in running. Apprentice Hewitson the rider of TRUST IN GOLD reported this gelding not striding out freely in running. The Veterinary Surgeon was requested to examine this gelding. KING KOTINI did not race fitted with cheek-pieces. LESLIES LEGACY raced fitted with his tongue tied down. SCORCH raced with his tongue tied down. Vet: SCORCH - coughing. TRUST IN GOLD and FLEXIBLE FUGITIVE (AUS) - nothing obvious detected.
