THE BARRISTER broke through the front gate, was immediately restrained, returned to the start and reloaded, causing a slight delay. CROME YELLOW was fractious loading. HELLO MANNY was slow losing one length and thereafter was slow into stride. POTAWATOMI was restless in the stalls. In view of the report from the Starter regarding THE BARRISTER, Trainer Snaith was advised to have this gelding re-schooled before her next engagement. In view of the report from the Starter regarding CROME YELLOW, Trainer Nel was advised to have this gelding re-schooled before her next engagement. ROCHESTER pulled hard in the early stages. HELLO MANNY brushed MASTER OF SPAIN and had to ease when awkwardly placed on the heels of CROME YELLOW for a number of strides approaching the 200m. THE BARRISTER was forced to switch in sharply off the heels of a tiring TITAN OF TIBET at the 200m and thereafter was hanging out in the latter stages. POTAWTOMI was hanging out in the latter stages. POTAWATOMI was selected for the taking of specimens for analysis. Vet: HELLO MANNY - returned having cast the left fore shoe. Scratched: WINDCHEATER - elevated temperature. SON OF A REBEL - abnormal blood count.
