CANDELA and GOLD SCENT were slow losing one length. At approximately the 1200m, JET IN STYLE had to steady momentarily when awkwardly placed on the inside of VICTORIOUS GIRL which rolled in. Leaving the 200m, SHEZAHOTTI was carried out significantly by THE GREAT QUEEN which shifted out away from the crop. A race review was called by a member of the Stipendiary Board, which was followed by him lodging an Objection on behalf of the 4th placed horse SHEZAHOTTI against the 3rd placed horse THE GREAT QUEEN on the grounds of interference and intimidation from the 200m. The Objection Board, after giving regard to the evidence put forward by the respective parties during the objection hearing, was of the opinion that the result had been affected by this incident, and that SHEZAHOTTI would have finished ahead of THE GREAT QUEEN had this incident not occurred and therefore upheld the objection and amended the Judges result accordingly. Workrider Cossa failed to ensure that he did not cause interference to SHEZAHOTTI when he shifted out at the 200m. Date of Suspension: 20 September 2018. ABELIE was selected for the taking of specimens for analysis. Trainer Wiid failed to vaccinate the horse PETITE AIME against Equine Influenza in accordance with the programme of vaccinations as published from time to time in the Racing Calendar. Workrider Tshayisa failed to weigh out at the correct carded weight on the horse VICTORIOUS GIRL, or at the higher weight confirmed in his engagement with the Trainer.
