Trainer Robinson failed to vaccinate SHALL BE FREE against Equine Influenza in accordance with the programme of vaccinations as published from time to time in the Racing Calendar. Racing on the inside running rail ORAKAL took an awkward stride, faltered, and became unbalanced for a number of strides at the 900m. SILVER MASTER, which was following, clipped the heels of ORAKAL.
