JAMAICA BAY was squeezed out shortly after the start was affected and thereafter was slow into stride. DREAMS ARE MADE (AUS) was selected for the taking of specimens for analysis. Jockey Pagel the rider of ROYAL BERKSHIRE reported this filly took no interest in running. Vet: ROYAL BERKSHIRE - nothing obvious detected. Scratched: LEANDRA - not eating up. OAKDENE - stipes permission. QUEEN MAKEDA - reared over and was scratched at 17:59, injured in the saddling enclosure. The start of this Race was delayed as a result of the farrier having to refit the left fore shoe on SECOND REQUEST at the start.
