THE STARTER REPORTED: a) HUGS ACCEPTED (*J Jacobs) lost 5 lengths and thereafter was slow into stride. b) HORSE HAIZI (W Agrella) lost 2 lengths. c) GINGER BISCUIT (L Hewitson) fly-jumped as the start was effected. THE STIPENDIARY STEWARDS REPORTED : a) In view of the Starter's report with regard to HUGS ACCEPTED (*J Jacobs), this filly's starting stall certificate is withdrawn and it is suspended in terms of Rule 61.6.10 for a period of 7 days and until such time as it proves tractable with a companion. Suspension dates: 16.11.20 to the 22.11.20. HUGS ACCEPTED may not be presented for re-passing during this period. Trainer P Muscutt was advised. (SN) b) A race review was called into the start of this race, pertaining to HORSE HAIZI (W Agrella) drawn in stall gate 5. In this regard, it was established that, HORSE HAIZI (W Agrella) threw its head up and thereafter, jumped in awkwardly as the start was effected. In reviewing this incident, the Board was of the view that, any distance lost by HORSE HAIZI was as a result of its own behaviour, therefore, no further action was taken and HORSE HAIZI was deemed to be a runner. c) GLITTER AND GOLD (S Moodley), the winner, was selected for the taking of specimens for analysis. Trainer L Forbes advised (ML). JOCKEY / EQUIPMENT CHANGES : a) MATADORA'S PARADE raced with alumites in front, unshod behind (advised 10.11.20/15h00). RACE CARD CHANGES / OTHER : a) Nil. THE VETERINARY SURGEON REPORTED : a) HORSE HAIZI : Coughing. SCRATCHINGS : a) WHAT A SARAH : Not eating up (Trainer - 15.11.20/07h50). Rule 53.5 applies.
