THUNDER TRIP was restless in the stalls. CAPTAIN'S ALPHA jumped inwards leaving the stalls. SAFFINATOR was squeezed out shortly after the start. GRIZZARD flyjumped leaving the stalls, resulting in Jockey Agrella losing both his stirrup irons, which he did not regain. As a result of this, Jockey Agrella was unable to assist GRIZZARD in the race. In view of the performance from PIECES OF GOLD, the Veterinary Surgeon was requested to examine this gelding. In view of the performance from JET STORM, the Veterinary Surgeon was requested to examine this colt. ROCKY PATH was selected for the taking of specimens for analysis. JET STORM raced equipped with a tongue tie. SAFFINATOR raced in Club colours (black, blue cap). Vet: PIECES OF GOLD - not striding out left hind. CAMPANILLA - abnormal respiratory noise. JET STORM - examined post race, nothing obvious detected.
