CAPTAINS LOVE lost 1 length. SONGBIRD was slow into stride. PAARL ROCK was restless in the stalls. Removed from the stalls, examined by the Veterinary Surgeon and thereafter re-loaded. Assistant Trainer Muscutt was advised to re-school this filly. OTTAWA was selected for the taking of specimens for analysis. Shortly after the start OTTAWA shifted in resulting in UNRELENTING becoming cramped and clipping the heels of OTTAWA. Jockey Marcus, rider of OTTAWA he failed to ensure that he did not cause interference to UNRELENTING shortly after the start. He was suspended for a period of 7 days with effect 16.12.18 - 22.12.18, both dates inclusive. OTTAWA was cramped and was awkwardly placed on the heels of WISHFUL WORDS who shifted in passing the 700 metre mark. Apprentice Gates rider of WISHFUL WORDS he failed to ensure that he did not cause interference to OTTAWA passing the 700 metre mark. He was suspended for a period of 7 days with effect 13.12.18 - 19.12.18, both dates inclusive. VEGAS LIGHTS was hanging in in the latter stages. WISHFUL WORDS raced with her tongue tied down. PAARL ROCK did not race fitted with ear-muffs. SONGBIRD raced with her tongue tied down.
