MIGHTY GEMINI lost one length. GRANDE MAESTRO was selected for the taking of specimens for analysis. GRANDE MAESTRO made contact with WORDBUSTER shortly after the start resulting in WORDBUSTER losing position. FINAL ASSEMBLY was hanging in throughout. Jockey Brown the rider of JUST PRIME reported this colt making an abnormal respiratory noise in running. In view of the performances of BLACK DEVON and MIGHTY GEMINI the Veterinary Surgeon was requested to examine these geldings. BLACK DEVON raced with alumites in front, unshod behind. Vet: JUST PRIME - abnormal respiratory noise and coughing. BLACK DEVON - coughing. MIGHTY GEMINI - nothing obvious detected. Scratched: PARADE OF NATIONS - hoof abscess. DASH VALLEY - lame left fore.
