HAT PUNTANO (ARG) was slow losing two lengths and thereafter was slow into stride. RAINBOW BRIDGE and DO IT AGAIN were slow into stride. Jockey Dillon, rider of HAT PUNTANO (ARG) reported that he felt something amiss with this horse in running. Jockey Cheyne, rider of AMAZING STRIKE reported that this gelding made an abnormal respiratory noise in running. Jockey Dillon, rider of HAT PUNTANO (ARG) appeared before the Board and was advised against using his crop on his mount when he is out of contention for a place in future. DO IT AGAIN and SOQRAT (AUS) were selected for the taking of specimens for analysis. AMAZING STRIKE raced fitted with a Cornell Collar. AMAZING STRIKE raced without a tongue tie. SNOWDANCE (*L Hewitson) - Ownership unchanged. Colours: Blue, white square, blue sleeves and cap. Vet: HAT PUNTANO (ARG) - examined post race and no obvious abnormalities were detected. AMAZING STRIKE - returned not striding out behind. Scratched: BUFFALO BILL CODY (IRE) - elevated temperature and abnormal blood count.
