The start of this race was delayed due to the late scratching of AFRICAN VICTORY and the allocation of additional time for the public to restructure their bets. AFRICAN VICTORY refused to load and was withdrawn. CAPTAIN ALFREDO refused to jump. In view of the Starter's report with regard to AFRICAN VICTORY, this gelding's starting stall certificate was withdrawn and he was suspended for a period of 7 days and until such time as he proves tractable. Suspension dates: 25/01/2019 to 31/01/2019 AFRICAN VICTORY may not be presented for re-passing during this period. In view of the Starter's report with regard to CAPTAIN ALFREDO, this gelding's starting stall certificate was withdrawn and he was suspended for a period of 7 days and until such time as he proves tractable to jump on terms. Suspension dates: 25/01/2019 to 31/01/2019. CAPTAIN ALFREDO may not be presented for re-passing during this period.
