WARRIOR TIGER raced green, and Jockey Strydom reported that this gelding had raced awkwardly in the early stages. Jockey Strydom appeared before the Board and was questioned with regard to his riding of and the instructions given for the running and riding of WARRIOR TIGER. He explained that he was not given any specific instructions. Jockey Strydom stated that after racing awkwardly the gelding had changed stride at the 500m and had become balanced and when encouraged responded well. His explanation was noted.
