OPINIONATED was stubborn loading. ZABIVAKA broke through the front gate of the starting stalls and was reloaded. Jockey Yeni reported that KING WINTER made an abnormal respiratory noise in the running. PRESS RELEASE was hanging both ways throughout and in view of the performance of this filly the Course Veterinary Surgeon was requested to examine. Jockey Agrella, rider of PRESS RELEASE was brought before the Board and shown the patrol film of the race and was advised to ride his mount out to the end of the race in future. ALL THE SEVENS was selected for the taking of specimens for analysis. Vet: KING WINTER - abnormal respiratory noise. ZABIVAKA - blood in mouth. PRESS RELEASE - examined, nothing obvious detected. Scratched: MASTER NEWTON - ineligible. AWAY GAME - retired. DANCING IN SEATTLE - elevated temperature.
