The start of this Race was delayed due to the late scratching of ORCHID STREET (T Godden) by the Veterinary Surgeon, and GREEK SWORD (M Yeni) having to be re-saddled at the start. THE STARTER REPORTED: a) ONTOPOFTHEWORLD (*K Brewer) lost 4 lengths. THE STIPENDIARY STEWARDS REPORTED : a) In view of the Starter's report with regard to ONTOPOFTHEWORLD (*K Brewer), this gelding's starting stall certificate is withdrawn and it is suspended in terms of Rule 61.6.10 for a period of 7 days and until such time as it proves tractable with a companion. Suspension dates: 01.12.20 to the 07.12.20. ONTOPOFTHEWORLD may not be presented for re-passing during this period. Assistant Trainer S Ferrie acting on behalf of Trainer D Drier was advised. (TM) b) PROUD WARRIOR (L Hewitson) was hanging in, in the concluding stages. c) In view of the performance of CHEWBACA (A Marcus) (9.25 lengths, 15/4 in the betting) the Veterinary Surgeon was requested to examine.
