CURBSTONE SHUFFLE lifted its right front shoe en route to the start, which was attended to by the farrier. this caused a delay to the start of this race. CURBSTONE SHUFFLE stood, losing 5 lengths. The starting stalls certificate for this filly was withdrawn. LONELY NIGHT lost 2 lengths. In view of the Starter's report with regard to CURBSTONE SHUFFLE, this filly was suspended for a period of 7 days and until such time as it proves tractable jumping on terms with a companion. Suspension dates: 20 March 2019 to 26 March 2019. CURBSTONE SHUFFLE may not be presented for re passing during this period. ANGELIC raced to the front towards the inside running rail and thereafter eased his mount approaching the first turn, resulting in POORMANSLADY and OSSETRA becoming cramped and having to ease. This in turn resulted in THE SASH and ITSMYDARLIN having to ease their mounts severely to avoid clipping the heels of other runners. Jockey Herrera Gomez failed to ensure that he did not cause bunching to the field into the first turn. POORMANSLADY was selected for the taking of specimens for analysis. Vet: CURBSTONE SHUFFLE - abnormal respiratory noise.
