KNIGHTS TEMPLAR was slow losing one length and thereafter was slow into stride. DEEPSTON reared continually in the stalls, jumped awkwardly losing one length and thereafter was slow into stride. SHERWOOD FOREST reared in the stalls. In view of the report from the Starter regarding DEEPSTON, this gelding's starting stall certificate was withdrawn and he was suspended for a period of 7 days and until such time as he proves tractable. DEEPSTON may not be presented for re-passing during this period. At the 150m ARABIAN AIR was bumped inwards by VARDY, which was hanging in, and shifted in. Thereafter ARABIAN AIR eased when awkwardly placed on the heels of VARDY, which continued to shift in, and was only straightened in the concluding stages. MAJESTIC MOZART, which was racing to the inside of ARABIAN AIR was inconvenienced as a consequence. Jockey Zackey failed to ensure that he did not cause interference to other runners at the 150m. Jockey Zackey was suspended from riding in races for a period of 7 days. Approaching the 50m TRIP TO THE SKY shifted out and bumped RUSSET AIR outwards, which became unbalanced. An Inquiry will be opened regarding this report. ARABIAN AIR took an awkward stride shortly before the finish. A Member of the Stipendiary Board called for a race review into the result, and in the company of Jockey Orffer, rider of RUSSET AIR, declared 2nd place, the patrol films were reviewed and no further action was taken by either party. VARDY and RUSSET AIR were selected for the taking of specimens for analysis. Vet: DEEPSTON - returned with a mouth injury.
