THE STARTER REPORTED: a) PERPETUAL MOTION (*J Jacobs) got its hind leg caught up on the partition of the stalls. Removed, examined by the Veterinary Surgeon and was withdrawn. b) BALLYGOOD (E Ngwane) lost 5 lengths. c) KINSKEY'S TUNE (T Godden) lost 2 lengths. d) LOTUS BLOSSOM (S Moodley) was slow into stride. THE STIPENDIARY STEWARDS REPORTED : a) In view of the Starter's report with regard to BALLYGOOD (E Ngwane), this filly's starting stall certificate is withdrawn and it is suspended in terms of Rule 61.6.10 for a period of 7 days and until such time as it proves tractable with a companion. Suspension dates: 08.12.2020 to the 14.12.20. BALLYGOOD may not be presented for re-passing during this period. Trainer G B Puller was advised. (SN) b) MONDAY'S CHILD (*J Syster) was hanging in from the 300m. c) Approaching the 500m, KINSKEY'S TUNE (T Godden) was momentarily inconvenienced on the outside of LOTUS BLOSSOM (S Moodley) which began to over-race and shifted out off the heels of SADIKI (*K Strydom). d) Trainer Y Singh signed an admission of guilt for a contravention of Rule 11.2.8, in that he presented KINSKEY'S TUNE in the parade ring incorrectly equipped for this race. Accordingly, a penalty of a warning was imposed. e) CELTIC VISION (S Veale), the winner, was selected for the taking of specimens for analysis.
