LEICESTER SQUARE lost 2 lengths. INTO THE FUTURE was selected for the taking of specimens for analysis. Apprentice L Ferraris the rider of RON'S JOY reported this gelding did not act in the prevailing soft underfoot track conditions. In view of the performance of SEA SCAPE, the Veterinary Surgeon was requested to examine this colt. PALACE HOUSE bucked repeatedly en-route to the start which resulted in Jockey Hewitson being dislodged from his horse and PALACE HOUSE bolting rider-less to the start. In view of this report, the colt was suspended indefinitely until presented on a race day to proceed to the start to the satisfaction of the Stipendiary Board. Vet: POINCIANA - speedy cuts both hind legs. SEA SCAPE - nothing obvious detected. PALACE HOUSE - checked at the start - bleeding from the mouth. Scratched: ELITE STATUS - not eating up. PALACE HOUSE - dislodged Jockey en route to the start and bolted.
