CAPTAIN CARLOS was slow into stride. KING OF PROMISE was nervous in the stalls. TARIQUE was stubborn loading. FERRARI'S MOON was hanging in from the 400m. Notwithstanding this report, Jockey Storey appeared before the Board and advised to ride his mounts out to the end of the race with sufficient vigour so as to leave no room for query by the Stewards. Jockey Cheyne reported that GIVE ME DYNAMITE made an abnormal respiratory noise in the running. In the concluding stages, GIVE ME DYNAMITE which was hanging in, shifted in sharply to avoid running onto the heels of KING OF PROMISE. This resulted in Jockey Cheyne being unable to ride his mount out to the end of the race. The Stipendiary Board reviewed the start of this race and established that GIVE ME DYNAMITE and TARIQUE drawn in stall gate 6 and 7 respectively were in fact loaded into and jumped from draws 7 and 6 respectively. Whilst the Stipendiary Board was satisfied that the error had not affected the result of the race as TARIQUE was dropped in immediately after the jump which rendered the switch ineffectual, an investigation has been opened into this incident. ZABIVAKA was selected for the taking of specimens for analysis. Vet: GIVE ME DYNAMITE, ZABIVAKA and CAPTAIN CARLOS - abnormal respiratory noise.
