BREVIN was nervous in the stalls. ONE DESTINY was slow into stride. TARIQUE was withdrawn by the Course Veterinary Surgeon. ANOTHER LEXINGTON was nervous, stood awkwardly in the stalls and jumped awkwardly. In the concluding stages, WINTER ORCHID had to ease when awkwardly placed between ONE DESTINY and BREVIN which shifted out away from the crop. This resulted in Jockey Lerena being unable to assist his mount to the end of the race. Jockey Maujean appeared before the Board, was shown the patrol films of the race and advised to take more care when shifting ground in future. In deciding what action to take against Jockey Maujean, the Board considered Mr Maujean's record in relation to this rule as well as the extent of the interference. ANOTHER LEXINGTON was slow out, rushed up to race on the outside of the leader and subsequently, at the 1000m to head of the field. As a consequence of these exertions, ANOTHER LEXINGTON compounded in the straight. ONE DESTINY was selected for the taking of specimens for analysis. Vet: REYMUNDO - post-race distress syndrome. ANOTHER LEXINGTON - cast left front shoe. TARIQUE - not striding out left front and was withdrawn. Scratched: TARIQUE - not striding out left front.
