BRAGGIE'S SUNSHINE was slow into stride. ATTENTION was stubborn loading. FASHION FORCE was nervous in the stalls. ELUSIVE GREEN, ICE MINT and ATTENTION over-raced in the early and middle stages. Jockey Danielson, rider of FASHION FORCE, dropped his left side rein at the 100m which he only regained shortly after the finish. Jockey Danielson appeared before the Board and was shown the patrol films of the race. Jockey Danielson's attention was drawn to the manner in which he eased FASHION FORCE in the pull up area which, appeared to be in a "jerking" motion that resulted in FASHION FORCE easing with her head in the air and further back than would be deemed acceptable by the Board. The Board noted Jockey Danielson's explanation that, this filly had a soft mouth and was "heady" however, Jockey Danielson was informed that both FASHION FORCE and himself would be monitored moving forward. Jockey Storey signed an admission of guilt for a contravention of the Rules, read with Guideline M on the use of the crop, in that he used his crop on more than 12 occasions whilst riding the horse PROFOUND during the running of the race.
