CAPEZIO, LINDEN ROCK and SAPPHIRE ROCK were slow losing one length. In view of the performance of SAPPHIRE ROCK, the Veterinary Surgeon was requested to examine this filly. Trainer Spies was requested to report back to the Board on the condition of SAPPHIRE ROCK on return to stables. LINDEN ROCK was hanging out from the 300m. ESKISTA shifted out away from the crop in the concluding stages. SPANISH FORT and SHE CAN DANCE were selected for the taking of specimens for analysis. LINDEN ROCK raced equipped with alumites in front and unshod behind and raced equipped with a tongue tie. Vet: SAPPHIRE ROCK - examined post-race, nothing obvious detected.
