CAPE ASH was stubborn loading. SURPRISE APPROACH (AUS) lost 3 lengths and was slow into stride. ELUSIVE GREEN was slow into stride. ELUSIVE GREEN over raced in the early and middle stages. In view of the performance of BRAGGIE'S SUNSHINE, Trainer Laing was requested to report back on the condition of this filly upon return to the stables. The All Clear to this race was slightly delayed due to the Stipendiary Board reviewing the photo finish between the 5th and 6th placings and satisfying themselves as to the correctness of the result. ROCK STARDOM was selected for the taking of specimens for analysis.
