CYBER LAW which was fractious in the stalls, broke through the front gate, dislodged the rider, and bolted the course causing a delay. CYBER LAW was subsequently withdrawn by the Veterinary Surgeon. KALAHARI NINJA was squeezed out shortly after the start. In view of the report from the Starter regarding CYBER LAW, Trainer Sands was advised this gelding's starting stall certificate was withdrawn and he was suspended for a period of 7 days and until such time as he proves tractable with a companion. CYBER LAW may not be presented for re-passing during this period. Jockey Khumalo, rider of FRANK LLOYD WRIGHT reported that he felt something amiss with this gelding in running. KNIGHTS TEMPLAR was selected for the taking of specimens for analysis. KALAHARI NINJA - Ownership: Mr K Ramanah. Colours: White, yellow star, blue sleeves, yellow stars, yellow stars, yellow cap. Vet: FRANK LLOYD WRIGHT - examined post-race and no obvious abnormalities were detected. Scratched: CYBER LAW - bolted the course back to the parade ring and was withdrawn.
