REACH FOR THE LINE was restless in the stalls. BIEN VENUE jumped inwards leaving the stalls. Shortly after the start BIEN VENUE was awkwardly placed and clipped the heels of LAKE KINNERET. The Board, after reviewing the patrol film, was of the view that it could not be conclusively established that this incident had occurred as a consequence of the actions of Jockey Lerena, rider of LAKE KINNERET and therefore deemed this to be a racing incident. In the concluding stages, when racing in close proximity, Jockey Danielson's, rider of THE RISING LEGEND crop brushed the hindquarter of SHUKAMISA. In the concluding stages APACHE TOO was brushed out by LAKE KINNERET, which shifted out away from the crop. APACHE TOO was selected for the taking of specimens for analysis.
