THE STARTER REPORTED : a) Fair start for all runners. THE STIPENDIARY STEWARDS REPORTED : a) AQUAE SULIS (A Arries) shifted in away from the crop, in the concluding stages. b) Between the 300m and 200m, ARRABIATA (K de Melo) was disappointed for a clear run when awkwardly placed on the heels of LADY LU (*L Ferraris), which was hanging in from the 300m. Thereafter, Jockey K de Melo reported that ARRABIATA did not stride out freely in running. The Veterinary Surgeon was requested to examine. c) Jockey L Hewitson reported that he felt something amiss with PURPLE PERSUASION in the concluding stages. The Veterinary Surgeon was requested to examine. Trainer P Muscutt was requested to report back on the condition of this filly on return to the stables. d) AQUAE SULIS (A Arries), the winner, was selected for the taking of specimens for analysis.
