OPAQUE became restless in the starting stalls causing INNOVATION and PIRATE HUNTER to break through the front of the starting stalls. Both horses were restrained and returned to the stalls, checked by the Course Veterinarian and re-loaded. OPAQUE's Starting Stalls Certificate has been withdrawn. This gelding is to be recertified tractable before racing again. REBELLIOUS QUEEN was slow out of the starting stalls losing two lengths. In view of the Starter's report, with regard to OPAQUE, this gelding was suspended for a period of 7 days and until such time as it proves tractable. OPAQUE may not be presented for re-passing during this period. At approximately the 200m, SUPA MEMORIES had to steady momentarily and switched out off the heels of ROSE DIAMOND, which was shifting inwards slightly from the 300m. DUNAS DOURADAS was hanging in from the 300m. Jockey Fayd'herbe reported that he felt something amiss with LUTE SOCIETY (AUS) in running. ROSE DIAMOND was selected for the taking of specimens for analysis. LUTE SOCIETY (AUS) raced in steels.
