THE STARTER REPORTED: a) HARRY NYQUIST (GB) was stubborn loading and thereafter restless in the stalls. b) ROMILLY jumped awkwardly leaving the stalls. c) IT'S PERSONAL and HALBERDIER were slow into stride. THE STIPENDIARY STEWARDS REPORTED: a) All horses selected for TCO2 were within the required levels, and no retests were recorded. b) At approximately the 800m, ROMILLY was brushed out by TWENTYTWENTYVISION, which rolled out. c) At approximately the 200m, HEATH HOUSE shifted out away from the crop and thereafter commenced to hang out. d) Jockey G Lerena reported that he felt something amiss with IT'S PERSONAL in running. The Veterinarian was requested to examine. e) HEATH HOUSE, the winner, was selected for the taking of specimens for analysis. Assistant Trainer M Peter was advised (MS). JOCKEY CHANGES: a) ROMILLY was ridden by Jockey P Mxoli (declared 18 June 2026 at 14H25). THE VETERINARIAN REPORTED: a) IT'S PERSONAL examined post-race, nothing obvious detected. b) ROMILLY abnormal respiratory noise. c) TWENTYTWENTYVISION coughing post-race. THERE WERE NO SCRATCHINGS.
