THE STARTER REPORTED: a) GRAINS OF PARADISE and MISS DUTTON jumped awkwardly leaving the stalls. THE STIPENDIARY STEWARDS REPORTED: a) All horses selected for TCO2 were within the required levels, and no retests were recorded. b) BE ALL YOU CAN BE hung in from the 300m. c) In view of the performance of MEGHAN'S DIAMOND, (distance 5,75 lengths, betting 15/10), the Veterinarian was requested to examine. d) In view of the performance of GIMMESUMLUV, (distance 13,25 lengths, betting 25/2), the Veterinarian was requested to examine. e) Work Rider P Mongqawa reported that LET YOUR LOVE FLOW changed stride continually in running. The Veterinarian was requested to examine f) MISS RIVER DANCER, the winner, was selected for the taking of specimens for analysis. Trainer C J Lensley was advised (MduP). When questioned regarding the improved performance of MISS RIVER DANCER, Trainer C J Lensley advised that, in his opinion, the removal of the blinkers accounted for the improved performance. Trainer C J Lensley has undertaken to, where possible, race this filly similarly equipped in future. g) BE ALL YOU CAN BE, placed second, was selected for the taking of specimens for analysis. Trainer F P Habib was advised (MS). WORK RIDER CHANGES: a) LET YOUR LOVE FLOW was ridden by Work Rider P Mongqawa (declared 22 July 2026 at 14H10). THE VETERINARIAN REPORTED: a) MEGHAN'S DIAMOND examined post-race, nothing obvious detected. b) GIMMESUMLUV not striding out left hind. c) LET YOUR LOVE FLOW examined post-race, nothing obvious detected. d) GRAINS OF PARADISE blowing post-race. THERE WERE NO SCRATCHINGS. DISQUALIFIED / DECLARED NON-RUNNER: None.
