THE STARTER REPORTED: a) CONCORDIA jumped awkwardly inwards leaving the stalls. b) ONCEINABLUEMOON was slow into stride. THE STIPENDIARY STEWARDS REPORTED: a) All horses selected for TCO2 were within the required levels, and no retests were recorded. b) Shortly after the start, WINDS OF GRACE and WINTER VOICE were bumped in by CONCORDIA, which jumped inwards leaving the stalls. c) At approximately the 1300m, ONCEINABLUEMOON, which was directed inwards, brushed the inside running rail. d) In the concluding stages, OH MY GUCCI GIRL was carried in by FIERY FROLIC, which was directed inwards to avoid running onto the heels of DESTINY'S DREAM. e) Jockey G Lerena reported that he felt something amiss with WINDS OF GRACE in running. The Veterinarian was requested to examine. f) Jockey C Zackey reported that FIERY FROLIC made an abnormal respiratory noise in running. The Veterinarian was requested to examine. g) Jockey R A Venniker reported that WINTER VOICE changed stride continually in running. The Veterinarian was requested to examine h) CONCORDIA, the winner, was selected for the taking of specimens for analysis. Stable Employee M Sigauque, acting on behalf of Trainer F Bronkhorst, was advised (MS). JOCKEY CHANGES: a) SECRET LIFE was ridden by Jockey J R Syster (declared 25 July 2026 at 16H26). THE VETERINARIAN REPORTED: a) WINDS OF GRACE mild post-race distress. b) FIERY FROLIC choked up. c) WINTER VOICE examined post-race, nothing obvious detected.
