THE STARTER REPORTED: a) A fair start. THE STIPENDIARY STEWARDS REPORTED (SR) : a) All horses selected for TCO2 were within the required levels and no retests were recorded. b) Approaching the 200m CAPRICIOUS MISS was directed inwards, away from the heels of OKLAHOMA GIRL, which was carried out by ETHEREAL VIEW, which shifted out away from the crop. Thereafter, in the concluding stages POURSOMESUGARONME was steadied and directed to the inside of OKLAHOMA GIRL, which commenced to give ground to the field. c) Jockey R A Venniker reported that she felt something amiss with OKLAHOMA GIRL in the running. The Veterinarian was requested to examine. d) In view of the performance of NEBULOUS (10.75 lengths and 66/1 in the betting), the Veterinarian was requested to examine. e) In view of the Veterinarian's report concerning OKLAHOMA GIRL, and in terms of Rule 93.1, this filly is suspended for 60 days from racing in any race under the jurisdiction of the National Horseracing Authority. (Suspension dates 15.08.2026 - 13/10.2026 bdi). Trainer W Whitehead will be advised. f) RED CORAL, the winner, was selected for the taking of specimens for analysis.
