THE STARTER REPORTED A) MARY MOON was slow into stride. B) RUN FLORIST RUN kicked the back gate in the stalls. C) PRINCESS OF FIRE was stubborn loading. D) MISS TIMPS kicked the back gate, jumped awkwardly, threw its head up as the start was effected, was slow away and lost 2 lengths. E) WYLIE'S FLAME refused to jump. The starting stall certificate for this filly is withdrawn. F) OVER COUNT and CANA were slow into stride. THE STIPENDIARY STEWARDS REPORTED A) In view of the Starter's report with regard to WYLIE'S FLAME (S Khathi), this filly's starting stall certificate is withdrawn and she is suspended in terms of Rule 61.6.10 for a period of 7 days and until such time as she proves tractable to jump on terms with a companion. Suspension dates: 29 December 2020 to 04 January 2021 both days included. WYLIE'S FLAME may not be presented for re-passing during this period. Trainer S B Kotzen was advised. B) The winner PRINCESS OF FIRE was selected for the taking of specimens for analysis, Trainer J V A Strydom advised (LM). THERE WERE NO JOCKEY / EQUIPMENT CHANGES RACE CARD CHANGES / OTHER A) PRINCESS OF FIRE Apprentice J Mphanya carried 0.5 Kg overweight, weighed out at 52.9 Kgs.
