THE STIPENDIARY STEWARDS REPORTED: a) IMPERIAL MASTER (*P Mxoli) over-raced in the early and middle stages. b) In view of the performance of TYRUS EXPRESS (M Yeni), (betting 73/20, distance 6,75 lengths), the Veterinary Surgeon was requested to examine this gelding. Trainer P F Matchett was requested to report back to the Board on the condition of this gelding on return to stables. c) SELL HIGH (P Strydom), the winner, was selected for the taking of specimens for analysis.
