THE STARTER REPORTED: a) Fair start. THE STIPENDIARY STEWARDS REPORTED : a) MIGHTY TRINNI (S Randolph) raced wide in the early and middle stages. b) In the concluding stages, HIROSHIMA (*T Gumede) had to ease and ZEE RIDER (S Veale) had to switch in sharply when awkwardly placed on the heels of RACEY STACEY (D Dillon) which raced fiercely in the early and middle stages and compounded in the straight. In view of this report, the Veterinary Surgeon was requested to examine this filly. c) FLYMEFREE (K de Melo) shifted out sharply in the concluding stages. d) Trainers P B Muscutt (RACEY STACEY) and L Forbes (PEANUT BUTTER) will be advised that their runners failed to adequately parade and that should these fillies behave similarly in future, they may be suspended. e) PEANUT BETTER (S Moodley), the winner, was selected for the taking of specimens for analysis. Trainer L Forbes advised (TN). JOCKEY / EQUIPMENT CHANGES : a) RACEY STACEY raced with a compression mask. RACE CARD CHANGES / OTHER : a) Nil.
