THE STARTER REPORTED: a) DIVINE ODYSSEY (C Habib) jumped inwards leaving the stalls. b) SEVEN PATRIOTS (R Munger) jumped awkwardly leaving the stalls. c) BARAHIN (C Murray) and YOUCANTHURRYLOVE (G Lerena) were slow into stride. THE STIPENDIARY STEWARDS REPORTED: a) SAVANNAH STORM (M van Rensburg) shifted both ways away from the crop from the 300m. b) Jockey M Yeni reported that he felt something amiss with RUNNING BRAVE in running. The Veterinary Surgeon was requested to examine this mare. c) Jockey W Kennedy reported that GREEN HAZE made an abnormal respiratory noise in running. The Veterinary Surgeon was requested to examine this gelding. d) Jockey S Khumalo reported that PACK LEADER made an abnormal respiratory noise in running. The Veterinary Surgeon was requested to examine this gelding. e) Jockey R Munger reported that he felt something amiss with SEVEN PATRIOTS in running.
