THE STARTER REPORTED: a) CALL ME MASTER (L J Ferraris) refused to load. Scratched by the Starter. The Starting Stall Certificate for this gelding has been withdrawn. b) LORD MELBOURNE (C Zackey) jumped outwards leaving the stalls. THE STIPENDIARY STEWARDS REPORTED: a) In view of the Starter's report with regard to CALL ME MASTER, this gelding has been suspended in terms of Rule 61.6.10 for a period of 7 days and until such time as he proves tractable loading and jumping on terms with a companion. Suspension dates: 21 April 2021 to 27 April 2021. CALL ME MASTER may not be presented for repassing during this period. Trainer G M Alexander advised (PHvdW). b) At approximately the 300m, VALIDUS (R Munger) was carried in by OUR COYS (AUS) (M Yeni) which hung in from the 300m. As a consequence of this, CASH TIME (C Habib) was tightened for galloping room and had to switch out to continue its run. c) HAVE A GO JO (L Hewitson) hung in in the concluding stages. d) In view of the performance of FSQUADRON (C Maujean), (betting 4/1, distance 5,60 lengths), the Veterinary Surgeon was requested to examine this gelding. Trainer D Sham was requested to report back to the Board on the condition of this gelding on return to stables. e) OUR COYS (AUS) (M Yeni), the winner, was selected for the taking of specimens for analysis. Trainer J A Soma advised (LN). JOCKEY CHANGES: a) CALL ME MASTER was ridden by Jockey L J Ferraris (declared 20 April 2021 at 09H27). RACE CARD CHANGES / OTHER: None. THE VETERINARY SURGEON REPORTED: a) FSQUADRON examined post race, nothing obvious detected. SCRATCHED: a) CALL ME MASTER refused to load (NHA / 15H46). DISQUALIFIED / DECLARED NON-RUNNER: None.
