THE STIPENDIARY STEWARDS REPORTED: a) VERONIQUE (G Cheyne) was hanging out from the 400m and proved difficult to assist. b) CRUIZIN CALIFORNIA (C Bantam) and IMPRESSIVE QUEEN (L Mxothwa) were hanging out late. c) SWEET MARY JANE (R Khathi) raced green. d) In view of the performance of GREEN GENIE (G Behr), which was hanging out from the 400m, the veterinary surgeon was requested to examine this filly. e) In view of the report from the Starter regarding ROYAL OASIS (M Winnaar) Trainer GS Kotzen will be advised to have this filly re schooled before her next engagement in terms of Rule 61.6.10. f) In view of the report from the Starter regarding SEEKING PEACE (R Munger), Trainer JMT Stewart will be advised to have this filly re schooled before her next engagement in terms of Rule 61.6.10. g) In view of the performance of QUEEN MARGOT (S Mbhele) the veterinary surgeon was requested to examine this filly. h) AREA FIFTY ONE, the winner, was selected for the taking of specimens for analysis.
