CANTATA CHOIR and ICE DANCER were restless in the stalls. ICE DANCER and QUEEN OF BEAUTY were stubborn to load. GYPSY ROSE and ICE DANCER lost one length HOT MONEY was restless in the stalls as the start was effected, jumping awkwardly, losing three lengths. MR MINISTER was selected for the taking of specimens for analysis. HOT MONEY raced wide on the bend and into the straight. A race review was called by a member of the Board into the start with regards to HOT MONEY. The Stipendiary Board after viewing the patrol videos and hearing all the evidence from Jockey Randolph and the Starters was satisfied that HOT MONEY lost ground as a result of his actions and was not impeded by the handler leaving the starting stalls. As such this filly was declared a runner. In view of the Starter's Report concerning HOT MONEY and in terms the starting stall certificate for this filly has been withdrawn and she is suspended for a period of 7 days and until such time as she proves tractable in the starting stalls with a companion. HOT MONEY may not be presented for re-passing during this period. HOT MONEY raced with ear muffs. ICE DANCER raced with steel shoes in front and unshod behind.
