THE STARTER REPORTED: a) ARUNDEL DREAM (S Randolph) was restless in the stalls, removed, examined by the Veterinary Surgeon, declared fit to race and reloaded. Trainer W Whitehead was advised to re-school this filly. b) CLAUDINA (N Patel) was restless in the stalls, removed, examined by the Veterinary Surgeon and withdrawn. THE STIPENDIARY STEWARDS REPORTED : a) Into the first turn, TWO FOR TEA (T Godden) was awkwardly placed on and clipped the heels of CAPRIANA (S Veale). b) From a deep draw, WHISPERING HILL (J Gates) elected to race around the field and to the lead at the 800m. c) CAPRIANA (S Veale) shifted out to continue its run at the 300m. d) OWLETTE (R Munger), the winner, was selected for the taking of specimens for analysis. Trainer W Badenhorst advised (ML). e) BELLA SICCOME (W Kennedy), placed second, was selected for the taking of specimens for analysis. Trainer P Lafferty advised (SC). JOCKEY / EQUIPMENT CHANGES : a) JUST THE WIND raced without blinkers (advised 02.06.21/07h38). RACE CARD CHANGES / OTHER : a) Nil. THE VETERINARY SURGEON REPORTED : a) No report.
