THE STARTER REPORTED: a) CINDERELLA STORY (+S Mosia) was slow into stride. b) KISSED BY FIRE (+N Ngqwangi) jumped inwards leaving the stalls. THE STIPENDIARY STEWARDS REPORTED: a) WILLOW LANE (+P Mongqawa) hung out from the 600m. b) GO DREAM MACHINE (+T Matsoele) hung in from the 300m. c) Workrider S Mosia reported that he felt something amiss with CINDERELLA STORY in running. The Veterinary Surgeon was requested to examine this filly. d) Workrider G Dadamasi was charged with a contravention of Rule 58.10.2 (read with Guideline M on the use of the crop) in that he misused his crop by striking SKY VIEW more than twelve times in the entire race. Workrider Dadamasi signed an Admission of Guilt and is suspended from riding in One Workrider race. Date of Suspension: 6 July 2021. e) GO DREAM MACHINE (+T Matsoele), the winner, was selected for the taking of specimens for analysis. Trainer D Nieuwenhuizen advised (AH). WORKRIDER CHANGES: None.
