THE STARTER REPORTED:
a) BLOOMINGTON (+C Mabaya) was slow into stride.
THE STIPENDIARY STEWARDS REPORTED:
a) WILLTOWIN (+J Gwingwizha) shifted out away from the crop from the 400m.
b) Work Rider G Lahoud reported that BLESSED WORLD did not stride out freely in running. The Veterinary Surgeon was requested to examine this gelding.
c) Work Rider S Mosia reported that GO EASY (26,50 lengths) changed stride continually in the running. The Veterinary Surgeon was requested to examine this gelding.
d) Work Rider J Gwingwizha reported that he felt something amiss with WILLTOWIN in running.
The Veterinary Surgeon was requested to examine this gelding.
e) Work Rider P Mongqawa signed an Admission of Guilt for a contravention of Rule 62.2.10 in that, whilst riding the horse MR LIVINGSTON, he saluted in a celebratory gesture. When assessing this penalty, the Board took into consideration that this gelding was green, was running around in the concluding stages and required stronger handling from the Work Rider.
The Board imposed a suspension from riding in two Work rider races.
Dates of Suspension: 20 July 2021 and 24 July 2021.
f) In view of the Veterinary Surgeon's report concerning WILLTOWIN, and in terms of Rule 93.1, this gelding is suspended for 60 days from racing in any race under the jurisdiction of the National Horseracing Authority. Trainer S G Tarry to be advised.
g) MR LIVINGSTON (+P Mongqawa), the winner, was selected for the taking of specimens for analysis. Assistant Trainer A Peter, acting on behalf of Trainer P A Peter, advised (LN).
WORK RIDER CHANGES:

e) PASSING SHOT mouth injury.
