THE STARTER REPORTED: a) GIANTS CASTLE (R Fourie) refused to load and was withdrawn. THE STIPENDIARY STEWARDS REPORTED : a) ALLSAIDANDDONE (*D Geerthsen) raced wide throughout and compounded in the straight. b) Apprentice D Geerthsen (ALLSAIDANDDONE) did not complete a satisfactory qualifying ride. c) TRACKER JACKER (*T Gumede) was hanging out from the 200m. d) Apprentice K Brewer reported that MR BAYVIEW took no interest in the running. The Veterinary Surgeon was requested to examine. e) Jockey C Storey reported that he felt something amiss with TINKER TAILOR in the running. The Veterinary Surgeon was requested to examine. f) In view of the Starter's report with regard to GIANTS CASTLE (R Fourie), this gelding's starting stall certificate is withdrawn and it is suspended in terms of Rule 61.6.10 for a period of 7 days and until such time as it proves tractable with a companion on a race day.
