The start of this Race was delayed due to the previous Race delay. ISIKHWAMI SAMI and SILVA MAGIC lost one length. LADY CAROLINE LAMB was selected for the taking of specimens for analysis. QUEEN MAKEDA raced wide throughout. PARKDALE raced wide into the final straight and thereafter was hanging in. Jockey Danielson, the rider of PREFERENTIAL, had his crop accidentally struck from his hand by Jockey Wright, the rider of CRIMEA, approaching the 100m. ISIKHWAMI SAMI took no interest in running. In view of this, the Veterinary Surgeon was requested to examine this filly. In view of the performance of STORM TUNE, the Veterinary Surgeon was requested to examine this filly. Vet: ISIKHWAMI SAMI and STORM TUNE - nothing obvious detected. Scratched: LITTLE MISS PHILLY - pulled back muscle. RUBY SLIPPERS - not striding out right fore. Withdrawn by the Veterinary Surgeon.
