E) In view of the Veterinary Surgeon's report concerning VICTORY MARCH, and in terms of Rule 93.1, this horse is suspended from racing in any race under the jurisdiction of the National Horseracing Authority for an indefinite period. In terms of Rule 49.7, a veterinary certificate for VICTORY MARCH must be submitted to the Veterinary Department of the National Horseracing Authority, before it can be entered for a race. VICTORY MARCH must also gallop for the NHRA veterinary department after which, if found fit to race, will be sent for specimen collection for analysis. Trainer E Kaknis was advised. F) Jockey R Danielson signed an admission of guilt for a contravention of Rule 55.4 in that he failed to weigh out at the correct carded weight on the horse PERFECTLY PUTT.
