HOME COUNTRY, JUMEIRAH and CODE BLACK were slow and lost one length. SERAPHIC jumped outwards leaving the stalls. GLACIER GIRL stumbled shortly after the start. DIAMOND MINE was restless in the stalls and thereafter jumped awkwardly. Shortly after the start, HOME COUNTRY failed to muster speed and gave ground to the field. Jockey Yeni reported that he felt something amiss with SERAPHIC in running. In view of the performance of BLACK TIE, the Veterinary Surgeon was requested to examine this filly. Apprentice Matsunyane reported that he felt something amiss with FOURSIXSIXFOUR in running. The Veterinary Surgeon was requested to examine this filly. In view of the Veterinary Surgeon's report concerning FOURSIXSIXFOUR, and in terms of Rule 93.1, this filly is suspended from racing in any race under the jurisdiction of the National Horseracing Authority for a period 60 days.
